Wii !!!!

The Deloge Family got a Wii yesterday!!! We set it up last night and started playing right away. It wasn't too long for mommy and daddy to hit each other while "boxing" last night. This morning, daddy turned it right on and played baseball and golf while Evan watched in amazement. It is going to be a fun winter! Today, mommy is on the quest to find Mario Kart...her all time FAVORITE game!

Christmas 2008!

Christmas has come and gone and we had a very busy Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Christmas Eve we went to auntie Marie and cousin Sean's house in Merrimac, MA. There were lots of people there and we had a lot of fun visiting with all of daddy's family. I stayed up late and went right to bed when I got home!

Santa came! Christmas morning, Evan woke up to some presents Santa left him! He got an aquadoodle mat, a racetrack, the busy ball popper, and lots of books in his stocking! He snuck away during all the comotion of opening gifts and sat at the table himself and got into the vanilla wafer box and stuffed his face!

After our morning at home, we went to grandma's house to see more family! We had breakfast and opened up more presents! It was great to see uncle Joe and auntie Olivia. We cannot wait until next year when a new cousin will be here....Jacob will be 8 months old then! Due in April!
After grandma's, we went to see grandpa at auntie Daureen's house. We got to see even more family there! Grandpa got me a big wagon filled with big blocks!
Next, we went over to Keith and Shannon's to see mommy's family. It was so nice to see uncle Kevin and meet his fiance who came all the way up from Florida! We haven't seen Kevin in a while!
Finally, we went to Big Peper and Grandma Rosie's house for dinner at the end of the day. We were spoiled with prime rib and all the fixings and yummy dessert as well! Evan got to open lots of presents there that included a new art easel with all the fun stuff to go with it. He also got some blocks and lots of other fun stuff! After dessert, Evan had a warm bath and got in his pj's and the Deloge family got into the car and headed home! Evan was peacefully sleeping in his bed at 8pm!
All in all it was a GREAT Christmas! Included is a pic of all of Evan's stuff! Mommy and daddy already put a lot of it together and organized the toys! Thanks to everyone very much!

Power Outage 08

We survived!!! We had no power starting last Thursday, 1:30am in the morning and got it back Monday at around 1:30pm. so let's see.....that is 60 hours of no power!! We stuck it out though! Evan worse his thermal underwear the whole time and we all slept in the same bed. Thanks to our awesome neighbors and their friend Jason, we all rallied together to keep units 1,2, and 4 home through it all! With generators, lights, space heaters, and propane heaters...we were able to survive this massive power outage! Showers were rare as we had to go to other houses....but that was just a small set back! It was nice to be able to spend some quality time with out neighbors! As much as it is WONDERFUL to have out electricity back on....I think I will admit that I will miss the power outage just a tad bit! I was getting used to it! Felt like camping!
