Well...the Deloge Family decided to take on a new venture.....mommy is now the new OWNER/DIRECTOR of Bright Start Early Learning Center.....the daycare (in Kingston) where Evan has been going to since he was 1 years old!!! The original owner (mommy's friend) has other plans and she teaches classes in a couple colleges and she sold the business to us and we have taken it on! We are VERY excited about this new venture!!! We officially closed on the business and signed the papers tonight! Wish us luck on this new adventure!!!

Now we need to get Evan used to the idea of his mother working in "his school"...or so he thinks!! :-)

Evan and mommy made some blueberry muffins this morning...Evan couldn't wait for them to be done!

Evan loves to cuddle with his kitty...Rusty just loves him too! Mommy decided to join in and cuddle up too!

We got Evan a helmet to wear when he is riding the tricycle because he drives crazy on it!

Emery Farm

Today we had a play date with Ashley and Jackson at Emery Farm in Durham. What a fun place! It was better this year than last year since Evan is older and can enjoy it more! The boys enjoyed cookies and walking in the corn ma ze to find the letters of the alphabet!

Pumpkin Carving 101

With apple picking today...we were just in a fall mood so the family made chili and carved pumpkins along with watching the Red Sox and Pats games (too bad the Sox lost...boooo). Anyways...we also enjoyed yummy apple crisp. Evan also got a haircut and helped daddy carve 2 pumpkins and those pumpkins were home grown in Peper and Grandma Rosie's garden! Thanks!!

Apple Picking Circa 2009

We were at it again....apple picking that is! We tried Demeritt Hill Farm in Lee again this year like the first year....however we were a little disappointed as there were very slim pickings....2 rows of trees to pick from with just one kind of apple. Ah well! We still had A LOT of fun riding the hayride, taking pictures, looking at animals, playing on the playground, eating donuts and drinking cider, and of course PICKING APPLES!!! Evan is sound asleep napping now after a long morning!
