We took the boys to Sesame Street Live today for Nathan's 3rd birthday! They had sooo much fun! They also really enjoyed food and ice cream from Friendly's after! Yum!
Today was our second snow day this winter. Evan slept until 7:30 and woke up very excited to see snow....so we looked at it outside for a bit...then made some homemade pancakes that Evan made pretty much himself, minus the cooking part!
and we visit with Mrs. Charlebois again! I don't know why we let that much time go by in between visits but when Mike asked us to come down to Salem to visit and have dinner, we certainly could not pass up the offer to see his mother! She just loves Evan and Evan certainly loved her! He drew her a picture that is hanging on the fridge, he enjoyed a nice dinner (even had a bit of broccoli!) and some chocolate ice cream and M&M's for dessert! We need to see them more often...after all, daddy spent MANY MANY days over their house when he was a child! We will certainly be attending the big St. Patty's Day party this year! Oh...and Evan got to hit the special gong many times tonight!
After having 5 different laptops from a Toshiba...to Dells.....and to a couple HP laptops in 8 years...mommy FINALLY took many people's opinions and went with a MacBook. The new laptop is a grad gift for getting her masters! Conferral is on January 15th! Grad party on the 16th! The MacBook came in the other day and mommy is in love....if you are ever thinking about getting a Mac....go for it!!
(on a side note...just as mommy was going to sell her laptop to someone...daddy's HP laptop had some troubles...guess who decided to take over mommy's old HP?)
1 inch snow is still ok to snow tube in! Nathan and Katie came up to play and we decided to take the boys out in the snow tubes. Even though some grass was showing, we still had fun snow tubing down the hill! Can't wait for more snow this weekend!
