We spent Memorial Day weekend up north in Conway & Bartlett, NH. Our best friend's have a condo up there and it was so nice to spend some time with friends for the weekend, especially since they had a new baby, Brayden, 2 months ago! Evan got to meet him for the first time.
First we stopped in Conway and took a ride on the train through town!
Of course, Evan was more excited to see the fire trucks at the station next door instead of being overly excited about the train ride!
After the train ride, we headed over to Ben & Jerrys for some ice cream! Yum!
After ice cream, we took a long ride to Mt. Washington, Gorham, Bretton Woods, then back to Bartlett. Nice scenery of course!
Since Todd and Amanda got up to the condo late, Evan got to meet Brayden in the morning. He was excited to hold him and he did such a nice job with Brayden all weekend...just a preview to what it will be like when Elizabeth is born!

During the day on Saturday, we went to center Conway to the park where lots of things were going on there.

Emma & Evan really had a lot of fun together at both cookouts Sat & Sun!
On Sunday, we went to the duck festival in Jackson, NH. They had a rubber ducky race and we mostly enjoyed relaxing on blankets in the cool breeze. They also had the fire trucks there. Evan was in his glory!
We had such a great weekend!! So glad to spend it with our good friends!
