Helping Daddy in the Garden

This morning, Evan had a green thumb just like his daddy and helped him in the garden!

Bowling and Pizza

Today, Nathan and Katie came up and we took the kids bowling. Nathan did good bowling...Evan not so much. Evan kept running down the lane to get the ball and also threw the ball all over the place. It was still fun! The kids had a great time. Later, we went home and had the kids make their own pizza! They really enjoyed that too!

Sunglasses

Mommy bought Evan some sunglasses today because he loves to wear hers. He also has been upset in the car lately when the sun gets in his eyes. He really digs his new shades!

The 5th of July!

Since the weather was nicer on Sunday, the cookout that we were suppose to go to on the 4th got moved to the 5th and we are glad it did! We had a great time hanging out with out neighbors and other friends! We went in the pool....played with all the dogs....fed the fish in the fish pond.......watched some live fireworks and Evan had LOTS of junkfood! He was happy about that one...thanks to Mrs. Darois! He also met a new friend, Parker! They had fun sharing toys and playing in the pool together! Evan just loves "Matt and Headah" haha. The "parents in training" got to spend time in the pool with their buddy! It was a great Sunday!

"Mama, I can drive??"

That is right Evan! You CAN drive! Lately...Evan has been asking to drive mommy and daddy's cars and we all know he can't! He also LOVED the cozy coupe car at Imajine That last time he went and he saw pictures of his friends who had them and kept pointing and asking about them. Last week, a woman that mommy sees for home visits found one for her son for a deal at Marshalls and she called to see if I wanted one too! I could not pass up the offer so daddy and I put together the Cozy Coupe last night and Evan was very happy to see it when he woke this morning! His mouth went wide open and he said "wow!!" then he got in, got back out and then gave mommy a big hug...then said "happy birthday to me!!" Hahaha....he knows it is an early birthday gift from mommy and daddy! Enjoy the new ride buddy!

Rainy Day Blues

Well...with the weather so rainy lately...we decided to pull out all sorts of toys and bring them in the living room. Evan is having a good time today despite being indoors! Even Cody and Rusty are tired of the weather!! We just have to make the best of it!
